Contact Geason Law Offices

Enquiries reach the lawyers who do the work. There is no intake desk in between: a first call on an AI matter is with someone who has handled the filing or the transaction before, and it is usually enough to tell you whether you need a lawyer at this stage at all.

Office

Geason Law Offices (广东简深律师事务所) Room 1207, Langke Building No. 10 Gaoxin South 6th Road, Yuehai Street Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Visits are by appointment. If you are coming from outside Shenzhen, tell us the week you plan to be in the city and we will hold a slot.

Reach us

Email is usually the fastest route for documents. Phone and WeChat are better for a short first conversation.

What helps in a first message

You do not need to write a legal brief. Four things let us give a useful answer instead of a generic one:

  • what the product does, in one or two sentences;
  • where it is deployed — mainland China only, or also the EU, the US or Southeast Asia;
  • which stage you are at — pre-launch, first filing, financing, or exit;
  • the deadline you are working against, if there is one.

If a filing or a regulator’s letter is already in front of you, send the notice and the current product description together. The order of events matters more than the volume of material.

What happens next

We reply within one business day. If the matter fits our practice, the next step is a 15-minute call at no charge, followed by a short written scope before any engagement begins. If it does not fit — for example, litigation unconnected to AI, or a matter outside Chinese, EU, US or Singapore law — we will say so and point you to a firm that handles it.

For the substance of our work, see the AI law practice page and the services overview. Background on the firm and its recognition is on about.
